They're likely knowing they're in a rebuild phase, it's not like Von will help them make a push for the playoffs. I see it as a win-win for both sides. Broncos get more pieces to build a team, Rams get a key part to making a championship push

Also Von is a free agent at end of the year. Donkeys just cleaning house and looking to start fresh.
