    If the Packers keep Rodgers...

If the Packers keep Rodgers, is anyone interested in Jordan Love? I don't think Rodgers stays in Green Bay if they keep Love. Is he better than this year's prospects? I can see a deal that costs us a 2023 R1 pick to get him. (Next year's picks are worth less than this year's.) This would allow us to go o-line in the draft in 2022.

Does anyone have a scouting report on him?

Not really. I don’t see why something unknown (ie Jordan love and all the QBs in college) are necessarily better than something known like Rudolph.

i think I would like to give Rudolph another chance. He has definitely learned from his first foray and with a better running game I think he will have more success.

What’s your reason? We’ve said that about a lot of quarterbacks the past 2-3 years. Some have gone on to success. What’s your reason for removing Love from the options?

He looks like a guy who is little more than just athletic upside. Also struggled his last year in a G5 conference. What is your reasoning for wanting him?

He was very comparable to Josh Allen, in the same conference.
    Also has similar size/speed makeup.
    He has an NFL arm.
He would likely be the #1 QB taken if he was coming out this year.
Two years learning the NFL life.
Still has 3 years left on rookie deal.

If GB keeps Rodgers over him that would be interesting. Assuming Rodgers follows the Brady route and can play into his 40's and still be effective I could see your reasoning. I keep waiting for Brady to fall off the cliff like Brees and Ben did but it has yet to happen.

I know very little of Jordan Love but if GB wants to unload him for a 2nd/3rd round pick why not. But from his limited work I don't see him "having it". But these guys know better than I:

They say he is starting QB material, but not Aaron Rodgers . . . Well dam, how many players are Rodgers level? 2 maybe 3? Even Ben in his prime wasn’t at that level and he has more rings.

I'd really like a QB with athleticism, which Love has and a strong arm, which he also has. Can he process between the ears is the question that no one can answer until live rounds are being fired.

Look at the first round QBs picks this year. So far the one that has performed the best is Mac Jones - the last one taken and least athletic. Look at who is rising on the draft board. Kenny Pickett. And not for his “athleticism”.

Both Jones and Pickett are cited for their QB IQs. I think A seasoned Mason Rudolph could be the diamond in the rough we are looking for.

I’d be happy to find that out this season.
