Not sure what to make of it yet. Bell was a dumpster fire in NY but fared a bit better at KC. Harbaugh and Reid are tight, so maybe they had a chat prior to the signing.

A little better in KC? He barely played, and when he did he sucked! He didn't even dress for the playoffs,or Super Bowl!
