Sexton, Johnson, and Brown might show back up on the Practice Squad. They get 16 this year.

Now that we can put anyone on the PS, regardless of accrued seasons, it will be interesting to see if we keep Snell or Samuels on the PS. I don’t think Brooks will be our favorite RB to get cut. And by “our favorite” I mean their favorite.

No, they have until the 31st to cut down to 53. They are at 71 now. Still a lot of cuts to make.
No one is gonna trade for Dobbs and we aren’t keeping him on the 53 man roster. He has turf toe. It’s not even an option.

same here, personally I just want a clean slate at RB. Get rid of the old, not counting McFarland. I really think Snell and Samuels could be replaced with guys already cut from other teams and we’d be improved. If Snell goes elsewhere and happens to succeed which I doubt we can say it was our line or the scheme. Bottom line he’s useless in our offense.
They released Berry. I was hoping they’d be able to trade him, but oh well.

Indeed I figured that Colbert would get a R6 pick for him… because, Berry showed that he is one of the 32 best punters in the NFL. Oh well.
