    Old Fan, New Here

    Hello everyone. Just found this site about a week ago. Had to sign up and be a member of the Steelers Universe. I have followed the Steelers for about 40 years and I will be going to see them for the first time live, in Buffalo on Nov 28.

    I live close to Toronto, so here is a shout out to the Black and Gold, from the Great White North. Let's make it seven this year in the shrine of the Dallas Cowboys.

    My aunt settled in Pittsburgh, so I adopted Pittsburgh as my second home. Came down to see many Pirate's series through the years, usually against the Phillies or the Reds. The Steelers just happened to turn fantastic when my brother and I started to follow them.

    Lumber & Lightning!!! Used to sit in my basement trying to get KDKA on my brother's stereo. Playing with the antenna just to try and hear the Bucs.

    Don't follow them much anymore, but I did almost get to see them this past summer when I was in the Burgh. Unfortunately the weather wasn't good enough to risk an evening on a rain out. The PNC Park does look pretty inviting though.
