They saw what their OL and their QB looked like without them on the field in the Super Bowl....and it wasn't pretty.
I think those two guys were both injured and didn’t play in the Super Bowl. If so and they play, the Chiefs may win that game.

It's the point I've been trying to make to everyone around here. Even Patrick Mahomes looked like a bum behind a piss poor OL. If Ben only put 9 points on the board in a Super Bowl, most here would call it the worst performance in history.
Offensive line matters a lot. More than many seem to understand. If your OL stinks, everyone on offense has no chance to succeed consistently.
Our oline was pretty terrible in 2008, but yeah Ben in his prime might have been the only QB who coulda pulled that one off, other than maybe Brett Favre. To succeed behind that o-line you'd have to be ok with pressure in your face constantly. TBH even though Ben wasn't the best QB, one thing he was one of the best at was being accurate under pressure, or being able to sling the ball downfield with tacklers still attached to him lol.
