Whether he is a true “TE” or not, Pitts is the #1 non-quarterback in this draft.
24. Jayson Oweh- Edge, Penn State
55. Javonte Williams- RB, North Carolina
87. Quinn Meinerz- C, Wisconsin-Whitewater
128. Spencer Brown- T, Northern Iowa
141. Baron Browning- ILB, Ohio State
217. O'Bryan Goodson- DL, Memphis
225. Jalen Virgil- WR, Appalachian State
244. Greg Eisworth- S, Iowa State
253. Josh Imatorbhebhe- WR, Illinois
Oweh has reportedly been running 4.38-4.42 40 yard dashes at 6'5 250 lbs. He doesn't really fit the scheme, as he played with his hand in the dirt, but man this guy is a freak with a lot of potential. If they could teach him to play in space he could be a very good linebacker. Reminds me of Montez Sweat.
This one isn't half bad!!!

Some highlights:
R1: Samuel Comsi ... duh (O-line)
R2: Javante Williams ... second best RB in the draft
R3: Quinn Meinerz ... my draft crush!!!
R4: Tony Fields ... someone to pair with Devin Bush
I like Javonte Williams. He's also 3 years younger than Harris. Less wear and tear and he's faster.

UNC RB Javonte Williams (5'10", 220)
- Graduated with a 4.6 GPA and was valedictorian of his class
- Played LB until his senior year of high school
- Now 20 years old (Born April 2000)
- Averaged 0.48 missed tackles/attempt in 2020 (1st in the NCAA)

^^Impressive numbers. Especially, the missed tackle rate. Anxious to see his 40 time. I've read anywhere from a 4.4-4.6. I wouldn't call him a homerun hitter by any means, but he's got a lot of acceleration and great balance. Not too many highlights of him catching the ball, but that may not be a necessity with our new OC.
Ive been looking at a ton of mocks, yesterday saw one where Steelers took Rondale Moore WR purdue. I’m thinking O line, RB, LB, CB but a wide receiver I’ve never seen play, wow. round 2 or 3 maybe if BPA but would be bummed if WR taken in first. Another reason I stopped watching NFL channel.
Incredible. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Williams is the 1st RB off the board.

We will obviously know more after the Steelers make some moves in free agency, but as of right now, I wouldn't rule out WR in rd 1.
I could see RB,TE,WR,OT,C, and OLB in RD 1. Hopefully, free agency can narrow that list a bit.
Went to Fanspeak.com. Traded down a few times, and traded up once.

Arthur Moat's mock:
I just came up with this mock using thedraftnetwork.com. I think I could live with this, but I wanted more OL, specifically an OT. But, man is there a serious drop off in quality for the OTs this year after the middle of the third round (projections)! What I'm saying is that I like these picks but also wish I could've thrown in a good OT.
24 Caleb Farley, CB, Virginia Tech. The departure of Hilton and Nelson makes CB the Steelers #1 need. The problem is the Steelers have a couple of #1 needs.
55 Wyatt Davis, OG, Ohio State. Davis may be the best IOL in this draft.
87 Kenneth Gainwell, RB, Memphis. Gainwell projects as an every down back in the NFL with good vision and very good hands in the passing game.
128 Adetokunbo Ogundeji, Edge, Notre Dame. We need depth at this position at least. We could go Edge earlier if the team is projects the loss of Watt after next season.
140 Tre' McKitty, TE, Georgia. Another position of need and McKitty has some size and some moves with the ball in his hands. He's also a serviceable blocker in the run game.
216 Josh Imatorbhebhe, WR, Illinois. Good size, speed and hands. He's moved around and then sat out last year. I think he would be a high value pick here.
245 Camryn Bynum, CB, Cal. Good size and speed. Immediate help on ST and potential CB2 with some work.
254 Robert Rochell, CB, Central Arkansas. Best available athlete in this position. Possible move to S.
Based on Colbert’s affinity for Ohio State, and the Steelers brass’s conversations with multiple Buckeyes, here is a new mock draft.
R1: Ohio State, OG, Wyatt Davis
R2: Ohio State, OC, Josh Myers
R3: Ohio State, DT, Tommy Togiai
R4: Ohio State, CB, Shaun Wade
R4: Ohio State, RB, Trey Sermon
R6: Ohio State, ILB, Baron Browning
R6: Ohio State, OLB, Jonathan Cooper
R7: Ohio State, TE, Luke Farrell
