With Canada's promotion, the QB coach job is open. Surely, the org recognizes the need to fill it -- right? Personally, I'd love for them to offer Pep Hamilton. With Rudolph and Haskins as potential heirs to QB1, they need a guy with a proven track record for developing young QBs. I think Pep fits that description.
