Actually, scientists at companies like BioNtech, Moderna, J&J and the Oxford University/AstraZeneca developed the vaccine. I dont think the reality TV host and real estate developer made any vaccine. I recall some guy thinking bleach was the answer.

One thing I wonder ... if you are vaccinated, why is it so Earth-shatteringly important to you that other people are vaccinated?
If you are vaccinated, you are safe. No one else has to do anything more for you, you're safe. What strangers do has no effect on you. How many unvaccinated people get sick has no effect on you. Whether we are "still in a pandemic" has no effect on you - you're already safe.
So why is this so all-fired important to the liberals? That's right - they need to control what other people do, so they can't let go of it.
But it is interesting to watch their priorities play out. Normally, the liberal loves nothing more than to ridicule people who hold opposing beliefs, which he views as barbaric and backward. So the chance to look down on people who are "literally dying" is like a once-in-lifetime smugfest. So you would think they would want as many conservatives as possible to remain unvaccinated, so they could keep strutting around and acting superior. But, the need for control wins out. Interesting.
Well, not really - on some level, they know the truth is that despite their own manufactured hysteria, it is not really a very dangerous disease and the vast majority of people will be fine regardless of vaccine status. That would actually be quite a bummer if people noticed (when was the last time anyone mentioned Sweden?), so I guess control control control becomes even more important than smugness. Couldn't have reality undermine their chance to be smug, that would be a disaster. Plus, they can still be pretty smug while doing it - not AS smug, but smug enough that it works out. And then their love of victimhood and of contrived boogeymen is satisfied too, so that's another check mark in the keep-it-going, control-at-all-costs column.
Very interesting to diagram the machinations these people must go through, but man, to anyone on the outside of their little shit-filled snowglobe, it sure makes you glad not to be one of them.

Remember how, ages ago, the entire point of this was supposed to be about preventing hospitals from being overwhelmed? And then I said that statistics and the description of the disease suggested they weren't going to be overwhelmed, and was told no no, they definitely will be overwhelmed - and then it turned out not to come even close, whether it was in places with lots of restrictions or none at all? That was the end of it right there. The rest has just been losers trying to save face. The problem is, it only works on other losers who are also trying to save face.
As for Darwinism, that's what I've been advocating for from the start. This was not a very important disease and precautionary measures apparently don't do much, so the selection pressure would have been near zero. While the concern that you thoughtful liberals have shown for us throughout it was cute in a way, maybe next time you could save it for yourselves because ... you kind of tend to fuck everything up!
