Biden press secretary a complete joke, Columbus cop saves a black girls life by killing chick with knife and its systemic racism. Blacks targeted more she says. It’s white privilege to blame for the girl trying to stab another with knife. You can’t make this shit up!

So apparently, it is racist to not let a black person attack another person (even if that other person is black as well) with a knife. You could ask me if these race baiters are
A. So unbelievably stupid as to have the IQ of a bale of hay or
B. So stubbornly committed to spreading hate and vitriol against anyone who isn't 100% like them
I would say both. Today, being a liberal requires you to have the brain the size of a single atom and come up with any excuse to spread hate and vitriol everywhere
Suspension of disbelief is an important part of adherence to liberal doctrine. You must be willing to believe anything, no matter how absurd, as long as it is part of the officially sanctioned party line. More than that, you must not only believe it, but vocally support it, regardless of how ridiculous it seems to do so. As long as everyone in the mob is yelling it together and no one breaks ranks, they do not feel embarrassed or exposed (at least to each other), and the illusion is safe.
They have really been cranking up the ridiculousness with these, as if deliberately testing their followers' loyalty by pushing the bounds of credibility further and further with each successive narrative, until they are loudly supporting complete nonsense.
Somewhere, a group of Democratic think-tank members and revenge-minded former Obama officials are saying, "Wow, if they'll buy THIS, it really proves they'll believe anything we say!" That is, until they come up with the next, even more absurd premise. Well, their followers sure are committed to the illusion.

Look, they are handing out copies of Vice President Harris book to immigrant children at the border.
Kamala Harris' office stated ignorance of how her book was available for migrant kids at California shelter
The inclusion of the book raises questions over who is providing funding for the welcome packs
By Morgan Phillips | Fox News
Vice President Kamala Harris may not be going to the border to greet migrant children, but a childrens book she wrote in 2019 is.

See, the easy way to know this story is fake is that if Kamala Harris really wrote a book, you would have heard about mass episodes of simultaneous projectile vomiting at the border, and before that at schools or other places where it might have been read. Debunked!

The first 100 days: just how radical is Joe Biden?
April 28, 2021
Some supporters already compare him to Franklin Roosevelt. But the better historical parallel might be Dwight Eisenhower
Whether you ask Americans or foreigners, liberals or conservatives, Joe Bidens presidency strikes most people as surprisingly radical. In his first 100 days, Biden boosted US spending by roughly 15 per cent of gross domestic product, embarked on a charm offensive with allies, reclaimed US leadership on global warming, and put Donald Trump in the Mar-a-Lago rear-view mirror.
But in some ways there is less to Bidens radicalism than meets the eye. The most eye-popping element to Bidens opening salvo is the volume of money he wants Congress to approve $1.9tn on the American Rescue Act, which it passed in March, which will help stimulate roughly 7 per cent US economic growth this year; $2.3tn for the American Jobs Plan to upgrade US infrastructure, boost help for the old and a myriad of other investments, such as $50bn for US semiconductors; and the $1.8tn American Families Plan proposed this week, which would bring US child, parental and worker benefits into line with most other wealthy nations.

It is very difficult to depict Biden as the socialist devil, says Larry Summers.Instead the Trumpian biosphere has turned to outlandish claims about Bidens cultural agenda. For example, his global warming plans would stop Americans from being able to eat hamburgers on July 4, say conservative news sites. Another viral story claims Biden is giving refugees copies of the memoir by Kamala Harris, his vice-president. Both are easy to refute. That does not mean they are ineffective.
Edward Luce in Washington
This one time, I went to the dog park and rolled around in shit for like an hour.
Then I walked around getting in people's faces and yelling, "Ha ha, I bet this sure stinks! Take that, loser!"
And they would say, "You do know you're covered in SHIT, right??"
And I was like, "Ha ha, the joke's on you!"
This is a completely random story, of course, unrelated to what anyone else here is attempting to do.

This guy is a disaster.... a total embarrassment.. Next in line is every bit as much of a disaster. What a mess this country has become in just 100 days.
What disasters have actually happened in 100 days? I honestly think upgrading the country's infrastructure is long overdue. I could pay more taxes under his plan in a couple years (if my brokerage account keeps growing at this pace I'll hit the 400k/yr income between it and my job in 2 years, i had to send a 50k check to the IRS because of my capital gains), but I also realize for shit to get done it does take taxes, even if of course I'd rather pay less.
I guess we all here have a different perspective on things, but I don't consider safety nets or assistance for lower income people to be such a bad thing. Sure I'm doing well financially now, but I still remember what it was like to be broke as hell. 15 years ago I was borrowing money to buy gas so I could get to my college classes, and living with my family since my part-time job couldn't afford rent or tuition. If not for some government assistance there would've been no way in hell I'd have the resources to pay for school and graduate (GI Bill and Pell Grants, granted some might not call the GI bill actual government assistance since it did require military service), also state health insurance since I was in the lowest income bracket as a student. 'Giving a lib a fish' just might make them a more productive member of society like it did for me.
I can't speak for all since there's some bad apples, but I would say with confidence that getting government assistance if you're in the low / no income bracket, will still have you at or below the poverty line, and you'll be hard pressed to find someone who's content with that. Most will want more, and that will require work/education, or both, which is what those people on assistance will likely be doing.
Biden has always been a doofus... lol.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dlw5lNIQN1c
yeah he's goofy but i don't think he's doing a bad job so far. I'm more worried about if he can handle 4 years of the job
If you are not poor, then you are generally paying somewhere between a third and a half of your income to the government when all is said and done. If that does not immediately strike you as insane and completely fucked up just as a basic premise, then something is wrong.
While you may be an exception to the rule, I would say that government assistance is, for the most part, incredibly, just remarkably ineffective at addressing long-term problems like poverty, hunger, homelessness, or general lack of opportunity. There is a certain minimum level you can do that will keep people from actually starving to death, but beyond that, there is just a lot of churning, a lot of people abusing it, and a lot of failed social engineering - and it has been that way for every anti-poverty initiative in the history of the world. The fact is, most people don't take it as a lifeline to pull themselves up like you might have; anything beyond basic subsistence, they do the equivalent of blowing it all on potato chips. Not wow, this is a great opportunity that I'm thankful for and want to take advantage of, but screw it, it's not my money, why should I give a fuck.
I hate to say it, but you and most people who succeed with plentiful government help, probably would've mostly found ways to succeed anyway. Others, no amount of money will help. I am 100% convinced that if you reset everything and started everyone over with $50,000, in 10 years almost all the people who are rich now would be rich again, and almost all the people who are poor now would be poor again. Government programs have a huge diminishing marginal return, and past the inflection point that we are way, way beyond, it is simply a question of how much money you want to flush down the toilet.
The last part of what you have said is what is the most troubling. People are not content to live at the poverty line, and they think the government should lift them out of it. But the government can't lift them out of it. Never once in human history has the government solved poverty on a mass scale. Not even made a dent in it. But people don't understand that, so instead they get mad.
That is the problem with the current generation of liberals and their idiot tax proposals. Infrastructure? Healthcare? Affordable housing? Education? It doesn't even matter what they say they want to spend it on, it's all a bunch of bullshit anyway. Those are just keywords to make it appear that there is any sense of direction to it. What the Democratic voter base really wants - the ones who don't understand that the government cannot solve poverty - is revenge.
You can say whatever you want about why you're raising taxes, they don't give a shit what they're for. The reason to raise taxes now, in 2021, is because those who have achieved more than modest success deserve to be punished. Someone else's success is no longer something to look at and try to emulate; it is a grievance. They don't say "I want to the same things that person has," they say, "I want that person not to have those things." They talk about how everyone should have a chance at achieving the American Dream out of one side of their mouth, and out of the other, piss all over anyone who achieves it.
You may have a softer perspective from being one of the few for whom these things actually worked as intended. But within my lifetime, I have seen the philosophy behind taxation and the government's role in shaping society go from one of helping your fellow man, to one of naked hate. It is unfortunate that you haven't seen that transformation taking place.
