I don't find this to be funny or amusing in any way.

This will/must be dealt with sooner rather than later. It is glaringly apparent to everyone, not just those of us on the Right, that Biden is not capable of running this country. The Left knows this. They will invoke the 25th before the year is up. Their plan will come to fruition... Harris as POTUS and Pelosi as VP.

This country needs to/must get through the next 4 years, and Biden is not going to make 4 years as POTUS.

Harris/Pelosi is not better, but they are not mentally disabled and they can speak without forgetting where they are or what they are doing. I'm done with making jokes about Biden... it isn't funny. It's sad. And right now, it's scary to know he is in charge of the USA. Even the Left knows this isn't a good look to the rest of the world. They won't let this go on for another almost 4 years.

The left doesn't care how it looks. In fact, I think they revel in it. Every cringeworthy moment that the joke administration gives us is like saying "Look what we got away with. We control the electoral process now, and we will rub your face in it. No matter how bad it gets, there is no choice now."

They sort of take a perverse pleasure in seeing how far they can push the bounds of absurdity while their followers go along willingly and everyone else is forced to participate in the farce. But that's pretty much textbook behavior for sociopaths.

PS - everyone knows Biden isn't actually in charge of anything, it's party insiders and angry former Obama officials. They probably don't let him anywhere near a telephone, much less the nuclear codes. As I've said, unless he croaks off on his own, they will probably keep the charade up until early 2023 so that they can install Harris for two terms. Not sure whether that's because they're so far into fantasyland that they think people actually like her, or because they know she's so widely despised that forcing her on the country would be like spiking the football. Probably the latter, but neither would surprise me.

Deep down, I know you're right. I Guess I just can't comprehend how a percentage of this country thinks this is going to end well. If it's any solace, at least it's not a large percentage of the country that thinks it's going to end well. What it is, is a small but highly motivated group of people determined to seize power at all costs and no matter the consequences.

Along the way, their cult picked up followers because it offered a way for thoroughly ordinary people to feel as if they were extraordinary. The "useful idiots" that Lenin or his comrades referred to.

Republican politicians are used to playing the old game and weren't ready for that. Most of them are still trying to play the old game.

You know what was really amazing? How when that nutcase shot a bunch of people at the jack shack in Atlanta a few weeks ago, the liberals completely forgot about their gun control screeching because the narrative was "omg racism and ASIAN HATE" (which apparently is now suddenly this huge problem that's everywhere because they said so and they very badly want it to be true).

Then when there was the other mass murder in Colorado and the shooter was non-white, then it was gun control, gun control, gun control. And a course a side dish of "this is going to make white people racist against the ethnic group of the killer."

It is hard to figure out whether this was born from a lack of self-awareness that is so total as to be almost unimaginable - or whether it is deliberate and they really think everyone else is so stupid that they won't notice. Or that everyone is so intimidated by the liberal hate mob that they will just accept it.

I agree we don’t have a “right” to businesses in private sector, but when you need to have vaccine passport to function in society it becomes a problem.

Sure. But I haven't heard anyone besides people breathless speculating about imagined problems advocating for a government issued and backed vaccine passport for much of anything besides private travel. Meaning some tourist destinations (I think Thailand was one) and a few airlines are making noises about it.

If the government says you can't leave your house without a passport - that is a infringement on already established freedoms.

If a bunch of private business and foreign countries are denying entry/access based on vaccine status - that is problematic and ethically fraught...but not some perilous erosion of the Bill or Rights.
