Tomlin is the head coach, he needs to make adjustments and bench Ben.
One team has a quarterback and a top flight RB that can run an effective NFL offense.
The other team builds an offense that lets a Quarterback do whatever he wants, but he has regressed to third string levels to where he cannot throw NFL balls anymore.
That's the story of every franchise QB at the end. Nothing nefarious or strange. Just hard to watch.
