It was the first edit on the page since 2006.After 17 years of inactivity, and just a couple weeks before the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, the CDC decides to update its toxicological profile on Vinyl Chloride.17 years later they claimed that the chemical was significantly less toxic.

This comes among a flurry of bizarre situations surrounding the Ohio train derailment.
Including a film that seemed to prophesize the situation and journalists being arrested for covering the event.
The EPA has said that the air and water are safe although they have refused independent testing.
Recently, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina has become the focus of a massive class action lawsuit from those who suffered severe health issues after being in contact with contaminated water at the base.

Exposure to Vinyl Chloride and the other toxic chemicals in Camp Lejeune’s water have been connected to 17 different illnesses.
