And we lost by 6 points ... ironic. Nevertheless we did not deserve to win. I'll give the defense a pass they lost a lot of players and still played well but our offense is inept.
This was a huge gaffe by the refs.
I can't tell you how many times I've seen refs hurry to spot the ball because the clock was running in the past.
These guys were asleep at the wheel...
If he takes the ball, spot it with the next closest ball... no matter how long it takes to get in from the sideline.
And reguardless if it's a f'kn Kball or not. Sheesh
Smith taking the ball with him should have been a delay of game penalty. The refs use the game ball and not the K ball when the clock is running out. Smith removing it should have cost them.
In a way it's karma for us laying on the ball in the Ravens game.![]()
