Good luck Roger....
The Bills are punished because of the incompetence of the titans.
No, but they'd have to play a Tuesday game and then a Sunday game. It's a little more prep time between games, but not by much. And, it's the same thing the Steelers were facing. So, they're keeping it consistent, at least.
Sometimes, things just happen. Three teams have had week 1 byes, The Chargers, Bengals, and Cardinals. I also believe the Ravens had a week 2 bye week at one time, no? So, it happens. Unfair? Maybe, but not uncommon.
Week 5 of a scheduled 17 week season. Be careful of the rules you want to implement here. As for the Titans and how much punishment and to what extent for which offenses is a very gray area. How did Covid get into the facility? Could be they followed protocols correctly and the damn virus still got in, this could happen around the league. "Sources report" is not always fact. Let it play out. Punishments dealt out now could come back on us down the road. Let's make sure we have all the info before condemning and derailing a team's season.

Started out in the "hot take" factory of Philly sports radio. Now has gone national.
The NFL might have to add in 2 more bye weeks, and its becoming clear things need to be shuffled around due to Covid-19.
What happens to a team that has used up their bye week, when their opponent has several covid-19 infections? A Forfeit?
It continue....
The Broncos are not happy.
good...
Well it’s nice to see that the Titans benefited from that nice long rest they bought themselves. Must be nice.![]()
This is one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard by someone in the sports media, and that’s a really low bar. So by his own logic, he too is “complaining” about something while people are really suffering of Covid. How dare he focus on anything but people who are worse off than him?
Ben was asked a specific question and he answered it. That’s part of his job. Should the answer to every single football related question be answered, “I’m not going to answer your question because there are bigger problems in the world than my sports related job”?
How did you feel about that interception? Can’t complain or analyze it because I’m so much luckier than most people in the world!
Damn, I hate that some sports media people actually get paid for this kind logic.
I thought Allison’s response in her article was spot on.
