    Florida prosecutors are dropping their charges against Patriots owner Robert Kraft, according to court papers filed Thursday. Kraft was facing two misdemeanor charges for allegedly soliciting prostitution at Jupiter's Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jan. 2019.
