what I do not understand though is this ... his last year as a ratbirt he caught balls for 748 yards .... went to philly started 2 games was active 14 games and had just 3 targets , talk about misuse

You are right..He played only 2 games with the eagles in 2018.

I miss interpreted that glances seen 14 2 starts .... here the 14 was his jersey number in Philly ...
