He needs to get aggressive and throw deep. But, to be fair, I did see that he has like the most dropped passes of anyone in the league last few seasons. So it might not be all his fault...dunno...I don't watch many Raiders games...

You can make the playoffs with a captain checkdown as QB if you have a good team, but winning in the playoffs with that against elite competition in the playoffs,this is very hard to do .... Just ask the chiefs when they had Alex Smith as QB
