Opening on the road, Monday Night against The Giants. Not a fan. An extra day and a half to wait for real football.
Excited for the Thanksgiving Night game. That should be a good one. Texans game will be a fun family affair. Like the Bye Week placement and doesn’t look too crazy travel-wise at first glance.
1. Graham Barton, C, Duke 2. Ricky Pearsall, WR, Florida 3. Maason Smith, DT, LSU 3. Max Melton, CB, Rutgers 4. Blake Fisher, OT, Notre Dame 6. Tommy Eichenberg, ILB, Ohio State 6. MJ Devonshire, CB, Pittsburgh
We need to be honest that for many many years, the steelers have had their bye week in the middle of the season or later, which is a good thing.
Happy that the steelers don't face the Browns or the Ravens at the start...Against the Giants, maybe that Ben will just gonna need to avoid the turnovers and be a good game manager for this matchup to win this game.
Possibility of only 1 loss going into the bye. The way I see it anyway.

It’s good to start against an NFC team so that Ben can shake the rust off. I don’t like starting with a road game, but it could be worse. Going against a young QB with our defense should be good. This is a winnable game without Ben needing to be in the zone.
Last time the steelers loss after a bye week?...2016.Of course the matchup against Dallas will be harder but not the end of the world if they lose this game.

Ben will just need to be a good game manager and avoid the turnovers to win this game if our defense play at a top 5 level once again this year.
Back to normal for the Browns….Only 2 primetime game and 13 1:00 PM game.

How the hell do the Ravens draw one of the easiest schedules...opponents with a .438 winning percentage in 2019?
I call bullshit.
Winning percentage aside, I don't think the Ravens have such an easy trek. Out of those first 7 games WSH and Cincy are the only walk overs. Not hyping Cleveland but they beat the Rat Birds last year. And any division game is generally tough unless it's Cincy maybe. I really think if we go 5 and 2 there is a good chance we will be tied atop the division.
This could very well be the easiest schedule I seen for the Steelers in a decade. Our opponents had a combined record of 117-139, which is good for the 2nd easiest NFL schedule for 2020.
With a 7th playoff spot added, there is no way this team should not make the playoffs.
The NFL is anything knows what is good for business. If needed some of these games will be played in empty stadiums. The NFL could expand the active roster to 65 men and ask players who are covid-19 positive ( 1 test per week ) to sit out 2 weeks.

The steelers did not face the Pats this year,so it change nothing...And again the record of the teams of last year has nothing to do with this year...The NFL have worst to first or first to worst every year...Just look at the 49ers last year as exemple...The easiest schedule that the steelers had in the last decade was in 2014 and this was not even close...For this year,we need to wait and see..
3rd easier schedule….in the AFC north according to this but this is not a perfect way to know if the schedule will be easy or not...We need to wait and see.
“I’ve been thinking about it a lot in the shower”. Way beyond funny
im surprised you're inferring you think some of these will actually be played in stadiums with people. if anything, i think the NFL will try to hide the fact that certain star players have covid19 or try to discourage them from getting tested. some of those players will comply in the interest of helping their team win. some of those players will be concerned about spreading it to other people and sound the alarm, resulting in other players trying to get themselves tested. a clash of approaches. it will be utter chaos.
i hope we get to enjoy a full season but there is not a shred of empirical data i see out there that suggests we will be able to do this unless theres a vaccine
