Why do you blitz Troy on what could be a game winning TD in a pass situation?

Because on on the previous series Troy blitzed and forced Flacco to throw the ball away. 20/20 hindsight. Sometimes you get the bear - sometimes he gets you.

Steelers didn't deserve to win that game. The back end of the D was awful all day and it was no surprise that McFadden was beaten like that. Flacco and the Ravens could've blown that game up by: A. throwing in the middle of the field every game, B. have the receivers run out and ups or slugo routes all day. Either one of those options was open ALL day. Batch was just a mess out there and the play calling was shit. You don't try a deep ball on EVERY series and you don't need to throw deep on 3rd & 4 when yards are at a premium...

Whatever...had this game marked as a loss on the schedule...I'll take 3-1 without Ben any year.
