I don't know if this report is credible and it may be true that the 49ers contacted the steelers on this, but if a trade like this happens (that I would be very surprised) it will be the first time since the Santonio Holmes trade in 2010 that i will be so upset after a steelers trade.

My guess is that they want one of three defenders: Young, Okudah, or Simmons. Getting up to #4 assures that they get one of them.
