Doug Pederson: Has a Super Bowl win, outcoached Bellichick in that Super Bowl. The last 2 years, his teams have been hit hard by injuries and he still got them to the playoffs. I may have picked Shanahan if he knew how to call plays in the 2nd half of Super Bowls

Peterson has a Super Bowl but he makes some weird calls. McDermott looks like he has potential to improve. McVay digressed. Shanahan appears to have the largest upside of anyone on the list IMO. But as is, I’d have to go with Peterson...for now.

Hard to say, it could depend where the team is. If you a 7-9 team, maybe McDermott who in my opinion has done more with less, and could pass New England without Brady and win the AFC East in 2020.
If I had a Playoff team without a top QB, I'd go with Peterson.
McVay could be the best Xs and O guy of the bunch, if I had a franchise QB, he's my pick of the group.
Shanahan to me is a little over rated. Lynch is one heck of a GM.
I'd put Vrabel last, although he does have winning record in the regular and post season. If the Titans can find a better QB, they can take a big step forward. I just dolt see Vrabel being able to give his team an x factor as a coach like McVay, or Peterson can.

This is not an easy choice for me. I think McDermott and Vrabel are building long term good teams with a chance to be great. Shanahan, Peterson, and McVay have taken teams to the Superbowl. I think they would need to be a defensive minded coach first. That would cut it down to McDermott and Vrabel. Vrabel is an ex-Steeler player so I will go with Mike Vrabel.
