    Super Bowl XLIII rewind.

So many opportunities to seal the game...ugh...that was the most frustrating thing about Ariana offense.

Imagine if Carter had picked it off.

Totally different legacy for the game.

Hartwig with an awful holding penalty causing a safety. Holmes had a big catch for a 1st down after it was 3 & 10 on the 1 yard line.

    Holmes again. He's locked in.

Holmes wasn't the best receiver but man his abilty to get yards after catch was fun to watch. Of course here he got wide open.

That really was an amazing throw and catch...I don’t think I’ve ever seen a better combination in a situation that big...

    Re: Super Bowl XLIII rewind.

That was fun a fun re-watch. Seen that the Steelers social media pages were going through today like it was the day of the Super Bowl back in 2009, posting old pictures, hyping the game up like game day & etc so I wanted to share it here.

It may be the fact I'm bias but Super Bowl 43 was the best Super Bowl ever. It had the best play in SB history with James Harrison's 100 yard interception return for a touchdown, and probably the best game winning touchdown ever with Ben throwing a perfect ball to Holmes where only Holmes could get it while keeping his toes inbounds.

    Re: Super Bowl XLIII rewind.

That entire year was incredible. There were so many games where the team came back late in games to win. Then the run in the playoffs, keeping the ball for almost the entire 3rd quarter against SD and then Troy's int. against the Ravens. It was just an incredible year all season long. The SB was no let down either, from James Harrison to Ben to Santonio all of them could have very well been MVPs in my book. I can honestly say that when Fitz scored I let down but only for a few seconds then I looked at the the time remaining and I told my son to look at the time. He did and I said we got this we have been doing it like this all year. Both of us knew we were not going to be denied at that point. As great as the 70's were that ranks up there as one of the best seasons I have seen from the Steelers.
