Looks pretty smooth. No wincing.
Time to tank the season!

Great to Hear! And See!
You can tell he has muscle atrophy in that arm. Its much thinner than the other one.
Ben looks fine. One thing that excites me is that those knees we've seen wrapped in ice before just basically had a year of rest from getting beaten up.

Great news. Hopefully he's still got a couple seasons left in him and they can win no. 7
Hilarious,
First day back from elbow surgery, hasn't thrown in six months or so, and the ball is already coming out of his hand faster than any other QB we have the roster.
Are you sure that's Ben, and not some random hobo?
See you Space Cowboy ...
Roethlisberger has been “working his rear off” to recover from an elbow injury that ended his 2019 season after two games and required surgery, according to a source.

Consider the possibility the "source" may have a large beard and need to drop some weight from areas other than the rear he has been working off
This sounds encouraging about skipping over the tennis ball throwing stage.
Cook presumably will have a column online in the P-G on this later today
I dunno. I've heard Twitter reports that his elbow is hanging by a thread, he got fat and out of shape, has quit on his teammates and rehab, and the doctors believe his elbow will never be the same. Many insiders believe his arm will never return to an NFL level and this is all just an attempt by Ben R's camp to ensure he gets to play out his full contract.
Did I do it right? Can I have a job "analyzing" football on either TV or Twitter now?
