    Mere formality at this point.

A postseason berth is a nice feather in the cap for this season, but it won’t do anything. They’re out first game.

I agree, there is no way this team gets to a AFCCG, or most likely even gets the #6 spot after next week, but I still as a fan would enjoy watching them make the postseason.

Right, but I won't complain if they make it.

I normally loathe the late afternoon game, but since I now live in the Houston area, it’s on at 3:25 vs 4:25. So...not so bad.

I have no clue what Harbaugh’s plan is at this stage. I know AJ wants to play all 4 quarters, and plenty of Ravens fans want to keep a division rival from winning at the Bank and making the post-season, but there is a lot at stake here. If Jackson got whacked by Watt and injured, what an s-show that post-game presser would be!

But I say eff it. You played hard for 15 games and have won 11 straight. Keep the foot on the gas. Ingram? Yeah, let him rest that calf. The rest can play and hopefully make a statement. The Ravens will still have off two weeks regardless.

I hope the Ravens bring their best. As a Steelers fan I have no interest in charity. And I hope TJ puts a major beat down on Lamar.

We all know the Pats are winning #7. They've been "vulnerable" all season which is why the officials will make sure they are there for #7 and Brady can ride off into the sunset with the most ever Superbowls.

Agreed. I would play my starters at minimum the first half and maybe longer. If you rest them now then that's 3 weeks off which is a LONG time to take off and expect to be sharp.

So they make this move and the move on the Texans Titans game to 4pm to keep teams from resting guys and affecting who gets into the playoffs. But, they leave the Chiefs game at 1pm. The trickle down on that is, if the Chiefs win, the Texans are locking into the 4 seed and have no incentive to beat the Titans and maybe gifting them the 6 seed. Had they left them all at 1pm as originally planned, all would have been on a level playing field. Not liking this move by the NFL. Seems like they didn't think it all the way through.
Some would say there is not any difference between the 3 and 4, but this year I believe there is. A Texans win and a Chiefs loss, likely knocks the Titans out and would help them avoid the Bills. That would set them up with the Steelers, Colts, or Raiders all of which probably don't deserve to be in the playoffs.

Smart move and if LJ got hurt fans and media would be calling for Harbaugh's head.
