It’s not even that these plays are being poorly executed (which some are), they just aren’t the ideal play calls situationally.

I shouldn't be too disappointed or down. We have a Steelers team that really wasn't supposed to be here in the first place and playing beyond their skill. Particularly on Offense.
Here they are yet again, defying all expectations and playing a very solid Bills team tough.
But Randy Ficthner is still a problem and needs to go.
When Ben was healthy, Fichtner's Plan A read as follows: Rely on Ben. We are now 3 months removed from Ben last playing and Fichtner still hasn't drawn up a semi-coherent plan B
The Steelers have gotten hosed all game long, the Referees are not supposed to impact the game in this manner

They don’t have the capacity to execute the proper play calls. Or at least no faith in Hodges to consistently process and execute against one of the best secondaries in the league.
Jeez...40 yard completion to John Brown. Told you...can’t sleep on Brown...he’s the real deal.

They aren’t even giving him a chance. The plays are doomed before the pass attempt of handoff exchange...and I’m pretty confident with a healthy Ben back there, they wouldn’t be successful.

The Bills may win this game on sheer superior talent alone, just as the Steelers have done for many years.
