I couldn’t really argue with that but If they were to make the playoffs, you could argue that Tomlin faced much more adversity and did “more” with much less than most coaches. Harbaugh is deserving as well.

This was such a poorly played game. Once again this team needs the defense to force turnovers to have any chance. Unless the defense forces multiple key turnovers, they are guaranteed to lose

In a perfect world, they get Pouncey back, JuJu back and healthy, Conner back and fully healthy, Washington continues to improve and make plays, A WR like Cain comes out of nowhere and becomes a viable weapon, and they improve their overall offensive play. Can the OL find themselves and improve as a unit? If they do, the offense will be better no matter who is playing QB.

I know it's a lot to ask, but that's what I'm hoping for.

Stranger shit has happened.

Duck being back there, managing the game, gives them a chance to win. What I feel needs to happen is the line has to find themselves...they’ve been a major problem and if Washington/Johnson can step up along with JuJu and a third receiving threat (McDonald, Vannett, Cain, Washington/Johnson) on a regular basis, they’ll have something to work with against some better teams. I can only hope they come out fired up next week and win on emotion and vengeance!!
