Source: Thursday night’s game “was like a bounty game”

Thursday night’s game ended with an alarming, unprecedented incident, with a player removing another player’s helmet and striking him with it. The full set of circumstances has some in the league wondering whether something more troubling was going on.

There was head hunting going on plain and simple

Kitchens no doubt told his players to be physical and as a rookie HC who is over his head has no clue how to control his players from blowing through red lines after telling them to unleash hell

Agreed the head shots were blatant imo. Hope Diontae is ok that blood coming from his ear was scary

Honestly, all I care about from last night is that DJ is ok, we will need him next season and bleeding from the ear can not be a good sign. This team is lucky to be 5-5 with all the injuries so all we really need is for no major career ending injuries from this season.

almost seemed to be in the game plan. They basically have no depth at WR so taking out any 3 of their starters would be a huge blow to the offense. It's no surprise that without 2 of our best (juju and diontae), the offense couldn't move the ball at all

the hit on DJ was totally unnecessary and was a borderline late hit, which is probably why the cleveland defender got ejected

The offense couldn't move the ball even when they were on the field. The only reason we scored at all was because of the Brown's penalties on that drive.
