The coaching is just so piss poor, and it starts with the "2nd best head coach in the NFL". The playcalling is bad, the scheme is awful, players aren't coached up well, and shitty players who have no business seeing an NFL field are kept (i.e. Chickillo)

Use crossing routes/slants across middle. This way the motion of the receiver doesn't stop and they can see what's ahead. 2-yard hooks aren't going to work.
