You know, some part of me thinks it'd be interesting to fight this guy, just to see what he'd do. Even if you lose, it might be worth the ass-kicking to see. On the other hand, he might be the kind of guy who's liable to bite your ear off.

I bet you could talk Jake Paul or whatever into it.

I don't know, it seems to me this post wasn't much of a "congrats ben" post, but more like "HEY GUYS LOOK AT ME, by the way, congrats ben"

Glove from Antonio Brown meltdown during Tampa Bay Buccaneers-New York Jets game up for auction

The online auction is being held at Lelands Sports Memorabilia and Card Auctions and was posted Sunday night with a starting bid of $81, in honor of the jersey number he wore as a member of the Buccaneers.

"The glove is a tangible memento from an iconic NFL moment," Lelands wrote in the description of the item.
The auction will end Feb. 12 at 10 p.m. ET. Late Monday afternoon, the current bid was $1,420.

AB bought a $2M suite for the Super Bowl…lol. May be more than he made this season.

AB being crazy didn’t scare anyone away. He would work tomorrow, because someone would risk an “embarrassing moment” in order to get 1000 yards from him.

What will indeed scare teams away is AB suing the Buccaneers.

    AB and Ryan Clark Conversation

Clark and AB discuss their time in Pittsburgh and how things unfolded. It's interesting to hear AB's side vs a former teammate. One thing I noted from the podcast was that AB had the greatest 6 year stretch of any WR ever. It's a shame that AB couldn't humble himself.

He was a little difficult to understand at times, so you get a pass there

I watched the whole podcast and it definitely gave me a different perspective on AB. I don't want to defend his antics, but I can kind of see where he was coming from. Players on the Steelers resented AB. There was jealousy there. AB was a 6th rd pick who was offered a new contract in the 2nd year of his rookie deal that made him the 2nd highest paid player on the team. Something that has actually never been done before in the history of the NFL.

You can imagine what veteran players would think about a kid, but not only a kid...a 6th rd draft pick, coming in and getting paid before veteran players. It created tension and that was not AB's fault. He earned that contract and put his money where his mouth was.

All in all, I think AB has been a little misunderstood. AB wants to win.

Re: Antonio Brown: the thread that never ends

Also, not sure why mods moved this when we have 2 threads on what QB we will take at 20...We have a thread on what free agent we want the most and then 2 separate threads discussing Stephon Gilmore and DeShaun Watson.

AB and Clark are former Steelers players. They are discussing how things unfolded in Pittsburgh. It's Steeler related. We have 2 different threads on drafting a WR, as well, but let's move this thread instead.

Hard to misunderstand a guy stripping uniform off and leaving field while his team playing. I didn’t waste my time listening to the narcissist but nothing he said could justify a few of his actions.

Some guys work hard and go out there every day for the team effort, to support their family/team, for something bigger than just themselves. Some guys work hard and go out there every day to build their own brand, to drive their ego, to elevate themselves above all. Very rarely can you accomplish both.

Was just watching highlights of AB and Ben…

It’s so frustrating this guy went of the deep end. Those two were so good together!

Floyd Mayweather offers to reimburse any team $20M for signing AB

“This is for any team that’s watching right now," Mayweather said. "We’ll make them a deal. If they sign [Antonio Brown] and AB go through the whole season no problems at all, and then they got to give us $20 million, but if he mess up then we’ve got to give them $20 million. So if any team want to match that then reach out to us.”

The problem is that he hasn't been a $20 million WR since he forced his way out of Pittsburgh and Ben was no longer throwing him the ball.

Even if he behaves himself, he's not worth the money IMO. I wouldn't want him.
