Boy if only we pulled game plan #2 instead of #1 and suddenly our guys would have dominated? Our blockers would have blocked so much better, our receivers would have run perfect routes, Ben would have ripped the secondary apart, our defense would have covered and tackled better?

A 27 point spread comes down to the wrong game plan?

Sorry but there’s just no fucking way. Maybe the absolute perfect play calls in every situation (which we NEVER do) might have made it a little closer. But there’s no way a difference like this all comes down to game planning.

Maybe game planning was the Dolphins problem today as well. It’s not like actual football players have to go out and outplay the other team.

Tonight destroys a lot of long held narratives about the Steelers and Mike Tomlin's reputation as a coach. Mike Tomlin is exposed as a complete fraud and The Tomlin Steelers have been exposed on National TV. And will go a ways to letting changes be made.

Game plan is only part...at times looked like a big part (Pouncey not being able to get to the player he’s supposed to block, Devin Bush playing 10 yards off a back in coverage...knowing said back will be running a 5 yard crossing route, dropping Chickillo in coverage to cover Edelman) and at times a small part. Execution. Holding your blocks. Catching the ball. Being motivated to play.

Really only Watt and Switzer showed up to play. Everyone questioned Switzer being on the roster...he’s the only receiver to show up and play...

You just mention the only two players that have heart Switz and Watt. Rest are just showing up for their paycheck.
