Snell has been very disappointing and should have caught that.
I am not worried about the o-line....This O-line had given only 3 sacks in the preseason before today and I think every player in the o-line now will be cut....So,who care!

If Skipper is cut, I do not think the Steelers will be lucky as they were with James Harrison in 2002 and 2003 ... Harrison was cut several times by the steelers and even signed once with the Ravens but fortunately for the Steelers, the Ravens had made the same mistake, otherwise this move would haunt us for the rest of our life!

Layne had a high grade in college by PFF too.
I’m so ready for us to stop thinking about some 4th string QB. If he isn’t absolutely shredding someone’s 4th string defense then I’m fine with never seeing him again.

But on the really down side, much of it was against 4th stringers.

This makes zero sense to me
it should be fairly easy to cut a lot of these guys from this "deep group of offensive linemen"...
Tomlin has badly managed the situation of the kickers in the preseason ... Boswell was great in every kick he had (always right down the middle almost each time) but Boswell had so few XP and FG attempts in his last 2 game (only 1 XP attempts and 0 FG attempts)
The only thing gained by this offensive performance is that we can put an end to all this ridiculous talk about Hodges in any way being associated with this team going forward. He’s a 4th string QB who had a 38 QB rating against 4th stringers.
And he has no business taking up a spot on the practice squad either.
Haha and Dobbs was a star tonight with a better OL. Don't understand your hate for Hodges ? Ps. Dobbs had better wrs to throw to as well.
