I like his more commie anti-police stuff like:
https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/110/s1738S. 1738 (110th): PROTECT Our Children Act of 2008
A bill to require the Department of Justice to develop and implement a National Strategy Child Exploitation Prevention and Interdiction, to improve the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, to increase resources for regional computer forensic labs, and to make other improvements to increase the ability of law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute child predators.
Fair enough. Originally I wasn't trying to engage in a discussion on comparing legislative achievement. Ultimately, any given person's assessment of that comes down to how much they agree with this or that political POV. What I was clumsily attempting to address is a basic ignorance of how to operate the buttons and levers of government. The current administration appears to frequently get that very wrong. Like of in 3+ years you can't get that sorted, why give them more run?
Included in Trumps pre-presidential record is Bill 6969
We shall not rent to no n-words anytime anywhere.
Honestly, you're not going to get pushback from me on much of that. I'm only advocating for it all being connected. The wife and I looked into adoption and there are so many barriers. My limited point is lower those barriers, especially if you want to limit abortion. I've read a ton of stuff that says social services abuse is way less than what politicos scare us with. Legit or not? I don't know. But worth looking into. Afain, I've read several things that contradict your statements on immigration and benefits. But I don't actually know what is true. It'd be nice e if we could know without everyone freaking out.

For one thing - that's rich, to hear a liberal appealing to fairness and respect for our institutions, when they have been doing exactly the opposite for months. Ignoring the laws, announcing their intention to manipulate the system to get the results they want, and if they gain power, to enact changes to keep it permanently. Hearing a liberal talk about the importance of respecting our sacrosanct democratic process is cringeworthy beyond belief. You might as well walk into a church, pull down your pants and take a shit in the holy water, then walk up and shove the priest out of the way and lecture everyone, while masturbating, about how this is a house of God and it's important to always show the utmost respect.
Democrats in 2020 do not have any care for the democratic process - they want to SEIZE POWER while paying lip service to the process, and hopefully borrowing enough institutional legitimacy to give it a gloss of democracy. You've got a lot of balls - or else no clue at all - to go around scolding people about the democratic process when that is who you've aligned yourself with.
Second - as alluded to in the thread title, the Democratic party has departed so far from political and governmental norms that they have indeed crossed over into "imposing." No, it is not that democracy is only legitimate if I like the results. It is that they have gone rogue. They have announced that if they win, they will not merely try to advance policy that their opponents don't support, which is the normal outcome. They will impose radical policies and manipulate or destroy many of the institutions that you claim to hold sacred.
What do we get if the Democrats "win" in November? At BEST, we get large tax increases, more regulation, a crashed economy, and aggressive expansions of illegal restrictions on personal freedom. At worst, it is permanent one-party rule and a de facto Marxist overthrow of the country.
So yes, "imposed." They do not want normal things, nor to follow the legitimate process to get them.
Not even a little bit. I'm not trying to discourage "people" in general from voting, just you. You've said what you'll vote for, and it's terrible. So why would I want that? You know what I care about - the well-being and safety of myself and my family. I could care less about whether you feel like your voice is heard, if what you want would put that in jeopardy.
Think about those with whom you have aligned yourself. If you actually understood that, you would be mortified beyond belief. So since you don't understand - please, don't vote. For everyone's sake. You will even be better off yourself, even though you can't see that.

Trump's legacy:
https://thehill.com/policy/healthcar...hs-with-betterColumbia report: US could have avoided 130,000 COVID deaths with better response
Peter Sullivan10/22/20 09:30 AM EDT
A new report from Columbia University researchers finds that at least 130,000 coronavirus deaths in the United States could have been avoided if the U.S. had responded to the virus as well as a group of other high-income countries.
The report compares the per capita death rate in the U.S. from the virus with six other high-income countries: South Korea, Japan, Australia, Germany, Canada and France.
It finds that if the U.S. had the same rate of death as France, it would have about 55,000 fewer deaths, while if it had South Korea’s rate it would have about 215,000 fewer.
Get back under your bed... you might be another tragic CV19 death!
A Republican, in a wheelchair, entered a restaurant one afternoon and asked the waitress for a cup of coffee. The Republican looked across the restaurant and asked, "Is that Jesus sitting over there?"
The waitress nodded "yes," so the Republican requested that she give Jesus a cup of coffee, on him.
The next patron to come in was a Libertarian, with a hunched back. He shuffled over to a booth, painfully sat down, and asked the waitress for a cup of hot tea.He also glanced across the restaurant and asked, "Is that Jesus, over there?"
The waitress nodded, so the Libertarian asked her to give Jesus a cup of hot tea, "My treat."
The third patron to come into the restaurant was a Democrat on crutches. He hobbled over to a booth, sat down and hollered, "Hey there honey! How's about getting me a cold mug of Miller Light?" He too looked across the restaurant and asked, "Isn't that God's boy over there?"
The waitress nodded, so the Democrat directed her to give Jesus a cold beer. "On my bill," he said loudly.
As Jesus got up to leave, he passed by the Republican, touched him and said, "For your kindness, you are healed." The Republican felt the strength come back into his legs, got up, and danced a jig out the door.
Jesus passed by the Libertarian, touched him and said, "For your kindness, you are healed." The Libertarian felt his back straightening up and he raised his hands, praised the Lord, and did a series of back flips out the door.
Then, Jesus walked towards the Democrat, just smiling. The Democrat jumped up and yelled, "Don't touch me.... I'm on disability."

https://bongino.com/hunter-biden-bus...oe-is-big-guy/Hunter Biden Business Partner Issues Full Statement; Confirms Joe Is ‘Big Guy’
“H” is believed to be Hunter Biden; “RW”, Rob Walker; “JG”, James Gilliar; “TB”, Tony Bobulinski; “JB”, James Biden; “the big guy”, former Vice President Joe Biden.
Although former Vice President Joe Biden and his supporters are blaming this latest unexpected bombshell disclosure on “Russian disinformation” fed to President Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, mounting evidence indicates otherwise.
On Wednesday night, the recipient of the stunning email, Bobulinski, issued a comprehensive statement to The New York Post which supports the veracity of the allegations now swirling around the Biden family.
Bobulinski states: (emphasis mine) “I am the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family. I was brought into the company to be the CEO by James Gilliar and Hunter Biden. The reference to “the Big Guy” in the much publicized May 13, 2017 email is in fact a reference to Joe Biden. The other “JB” referenced in that email is Jim Biden, Joe’s brother.”
He also wrote that he had received a request from the Senate Committees on Homeland Security and Finance on Wednesday “requesting all documents relating to my business affairs with the Biden family as well as various foreign entities and individuals. I have extensive relevant records and communications and I intend to produce those items to both Committees in the immediate future.”
“Hunter Biden called his dad ‘the Big Guy’ or ‘my Chairman,’ and frequently referenced asking him for his sign-off or advice on various potential deals that we were discussing,” wrote Bobulinski. He added that, “I’ve seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to Hunter about his business. I’ve seen firsthand that that’s not true, because it wasn’t just Hunter’s business, they said they were putting the Biden family name and its legacy on the line.”

This report looks at the staggering and disproportionate nature of COVID-19 fatalities in the United State

Between 130,000 and 210,000 COVID-19 deaths in the United States could have been avoided if the Trump administration had quickly and effectively implemented a cohesive public health response to the novel coronavirus, according to a new report. The report by Columbia University Earth Institute’s National Center for Disaster Preparedness, entitled “130,000 – 210,000 Avoidable COVID-19 Deaths — and Counting — in the U.S.,” compares the U.S. death toll and policy response to six similarly high-income countries: South Korea, Japan, Germany, Australia, France, and Canada. The new report suggests that if the U.S. followed similar policies and protocols as the six nations, such as building sufficient testing capabilities, enacting earlier lockdowns, issuing a national mask-wearing mandate, and providing federal guidance on social distancing, it could have avoided at least 130,000 and potentially as many as 210,000 COVID-19 deaths.
The report concludes there is a disproportionately high COVID-19 death rate in the U.S. compared to the other nations, even when examining median population age and obesity — two well-documented factors that affect COVID-19 mortality rates. This is likely explained by the slow and disorganized response by the Trump administration in both the early days of the pandemic and persistently through today. South Korea, for example, which reported its first COVID-19 case on the same day as the U.S., quickly enacted stringent measures to combat the spread of the virus that have resulted in a low mortality rate among its population.
Seniors, over 65, voters abandon Trump.
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/202...ember-n1232467Trump has lost his senior advantage. And that could cost him in November.
Voters over 65 were key to the president's win in 2016. But now they're defecting to Biden.
