You mean, he's not gonna teach him how to overthrow his receivers by 10+ yards and still get a pass interference call?

Friggin' Kardashians.. the locker room is lost. This type of attitude would never happen under King Belichick. FO needs to fire the HC and replace him with a future hall of fame coach

Must be something about current & former AFC North QBs not being pleased when their potential replacements are drafted

There is no I in TEAM Joe! (But there is in Roethlisberger )

Yeah it's funny when every starting QB not named Ben Roethlisberger says I'm not goin to be a mentor to the next QB that gets drafted. Then the media throws darts at Ben but, pretty much gives everyone else a free pass!

Not quite the same as Flacco having just been shot out of Baltimore after a rookie took his job there and having his new employer immediately draft a QB

Here's the thing... Flacco or any other QB doesn't have to mentor their successor... BUT, you really don't need to come out and announce it to the media and look like a douche-hat. Keep it to yourself.

Guys really should be mentors to others. If you have experience, you should offer to younger guys, helps out not only them but your organization

Brett Favre said the same thing about Aaron Rogers and everybody thought he was an AH.

In a perfect world, yes. But imagine that this up and coming guy is coming after your job, and may end up putting you on the street or the unemployment line

Right? In most of the rest of the world, we would quit when faced with training our replacement. But sports makes people think weird things.
