so Antonio Brown had a day at the Raiders facility the grand tour blah blah blah ......

now considering he is NOT a Raider yet and may never be one if anyone ( Raiders / Steelers or Brown ) change their mind ....

is this not tampering ?

perhaps the steelers should up the antee and tell the raiders they want more or are going to ask the league to reprimand them

I would assume that they gave him permission to meet with other teams, and in general want nothing to do with him, so tampering would be kind of absurd. And also that this is the kind of thing that just kind of happens in the process of getting a deal done, and taking people to the mat over it would just make us look like jerks who nobody wants to make a trade with.
