How do you throw flags for delay then allow for timeout?

As you know I was a double doink away from being 4-0 last weekend.
I have no rooting interest, these are just who I think will win.
@ Kansas City over Indianapolis, going away (+10 points)
@ St. Louis over Dallas in a close one (Between 4-7 points)
San Diego over @ New England by a kick (Duh by 3)
@ New Orleans over Philly comfortably (7-12 points)
Then in the next round you'll see:
AFCCG - San Diego @ Kansas City
NFCCG - St. Louis @ New Orleans
Go Rams! Fuck the Cowboys. What a good weekend so far
What a stop on 4th down by the Rams.
Elliott stuffed!
Dallas defense wants none of CJ Ainderson
Rams doing their best Steelers impression. Dominating the stats but keep Dallas in the game
Onside kick coming up. 2nd one today.
Nope. Kicked it deep.
I'm surprised they're not running with fat boy, the Cowboys at this point would rather see Gurley in the lineup
The Rams’ uniforms are classic, classy, and awesome.
Marcus Peters is becoming Pac-Man-esque. Pushing, shoving, being an a$$hole.
Dallas Cowboys in the 21st century: 0-5 in the divisional round of the playoffs. Fewer playoff wins than Nick Foles. Also T Andrew Whitworth gets his first playoff win after Marvin Lewis couldn't win one with him
Poor Jackie Smith. Lol. All anybody remembers of his entire career is that drop. The Buckner of the NFL.
What a great Saturday. Dallas losing makes it a great day.
Now, if the Cheats** lose tomorrow, it would be a perfect weekend
Luck played like a bum today.
He is...that Jason Garrett is just awful...if McVay sticks to his routine and the Rams play like they do, they’ll win the NFC. I don’t see the Eagles being able to stop the run game but I could see them winning in LA...but I think a different Rams team shows up this time...an angry Rams team. As for the Saints, Payton has shown on multiple occasions this year to get too cute and out coach himself. If he doesn’t do it today, it’s only a matter of time...
Aaron Donald looks like Joe Greene in his prime (before Greene injured his shoulder in 1975 and was never again as dominant) with his combination of strength and quickness.
There was one play where the Cowboys converted on 4th and 1 by running Elliott wide right where Donald timed the snap perfectly and nearly blew up the play in a manner that reminded me of Greene playing his slant 4-3 position and destroying offenses during the 1974 Super Bowl run.
Did you hear the CBS analysts say that “strange things happen in Foxboro” (that benefit the Taperiots).
