Which of the HC openings is the best situation, and why?(

Does Mayfield and co make the Browns the most coveted HC situation? Or would you rather coach ARod in GB? With 8 HC jobs available and more openings possible, how would you rank them?

Cleveland is far and away the best job. I realize the ownership stinks, but that team is about 2 offensive lineman and another defensive playmaker away from throttling teams.

    Agreed

Add to that $85 million in cap space if there are any free agents worth buying (for anyone excited about how the Steelers cap space in 2019 will help them in bidding war for free agents, the Steelers are in the lower half of available cap space rankings)

Anything under 30-40 million in cap space these days and you are not going to be a big player in FA bidding wars. This is how guys like Donte Moncrief get 9 million a year and Watkins got 16 million a year.

I think Cleveland is finally a promising landing spot for an inventive HC. Plus the fanbase will give you some slack for growing pains so long as you are moving things forward.

I also think the Jets could be tempting. The Bellichick/Brady era is winding down. A coach like Munch who builds from the trenches out could find himself leading the East in a year or 2.

What offensive minded coach wouldn’t want a shot at having Aaron Rodgers QBing his playbook? Just enough personnel there already to allow some playing with athletes in the draft game too. Would need a defense builder to get on board too though.
