    Dwins,
I like the second mock better. Mullen has that physique that you cannot teach.

I like it too , double down on ILB and Corners .... with that duo at ILB both have rush capability and both can cover makes teams account for both ...

If Gilbert was 2 inches Taller he may be the 1st corner off the board , he is an eraser in coverage and has the pedigree to go with it .... Revis / bloodlines ( and NFL lines of Sean Gilbert as well )

    2 - CB CHECK
    2 - ILB CHECK
    1 - OG CHECK
    1 - WR CHECK

I like it, I think we also need to replace Ridley on the RB depth chart, plus what do you think is going to happen with AB? He'll settle down, we'll trade him, if so for what a pick this year or next???

Ridley needs to go no doubt ....

plenty of late round fliers or UDFA types that can fill the roster spot with ... Maybe its Trey Edmunds ?

special teams capable guy who isnt a complete wash if called upon

    Re: mock draft sims

I'd be satisfied with an UDFA RB Trayveon Williams or Colorado's McMillian if we could come out of the 7th with OT Mitch Hyatt. If we lose Gilbert and Foster we'll need more depth and Hyatt is a great project type Tackle.

    Re: mock draft sims

Round 1 Pick 20: Wilson, Mack, ILB, Alabama (A-) My favorite ILB in this draft actually so very happy with this pick.

Round 2 Pick 20: Metcalf, DK, WR, Mississippi (A) Best WR in this draft, IMO. Tall, fast, excellent hands and fights for the ball.

Round 3 Pick 19: Jelks, Jalen, DE/OLB, Oregon (A+) OLB and rush specialist. Glad to see he was still available in the 3rd.

Round 4 Pick 20: Rapp, Taylor, SS, Washington (A+) A monster of a box safety/hybrid ILB.

Round 6 Pick 2: Renfrow, Hunter, WR, Clemson (A+) NEVER drops a pass. Cannot put a high enough value on that.

Round 6 Pick 19: Patrick, Jacques, RB, Florida State (A+) The pile mover RB that has been missing, IMO. Very gifted in pass protection already. Big enough to line up as TE.

Round 7 Pick 5: Fanaika, Brandon, OG, Stanford (A) Excellent run blocker and adequate pass protector.

Yes I am aware I did not draft a CB. I am really hopeful we get a CB in FA that already has NFL experience and can come in to start at RCB day 1.

Peters is a guy nobody is talking about but my guess is NFL teams know all to well who he is ,,, would be a steal IMO in round 4 and is a steelers type corner who will play the run but can cover too ( rare ) to see a guy play the run as well as he does but can still play man coverage and is fluid in zone ... a do it all corner with some size at 6-1 -218

Kenny Pickett is who I though he was .. Eagles problem now

I can dig that and you accomplish most goals without the use of an unnamed potential Pick from trading AB, so this mock still has options even with two ILB's.

    Re: mock draft sims

again going heavy on positions of need , not only weak at starters but the depth is poor at ILB / Corner and WR this aims to fill that depth chart

20 Devin Bush Jr., LB Michigan ( instant starter inside )

52 Taylor Rapp, S Washington ( huge upgrade over Davis )

66 Trayvon Mullen, CB Clemson ( what artie burns was supposed to be )

83 Rock Ya-Sin, CB Temple ( doubt he lasts this long but he was there so I took him )

122 Darius Slayton, WR Auburn ( can run all the routes . smooth athlete with great hands )

141 Stanley Morgan Jr., WR Nebraska ( best route runner in the draft class , takes after his dad)

175 Elijah Holyfield, RB Georgia ( plays way faster than timed speed )

192 Olamide Zaccheaus, WR Virginia ( poor mans percy harvin )

207 Kendall Joseph, LB Clemson ( sideline to sideline speed and can play in space )

219 Shareef Miller, EDGE Penn State ( has nice bend and a great first step lets see if he can play OLB )
Kenny Pickett is who I though he was .. Eagles problem now
