    This team has talent, but that's all they have. They have horrible coaching.

    Superior coaching took a untalented Ravens team with a rookie quarterback change in the middle of the season to the doorstep of the division title, and beat a hot Chargers team on the road.

    Weakass coaching blows a 23-7 lead and a loss to the Chargers at home, and loses to the Oakland Raiders.

    The Steelers coaching outside of Mike Munchak is horrid.

    Losing to the worst team in the league along the way didn't help. And the Raiders are the worst team in the league, without a doubt.
