    Around the NFL Week 13

WOW! Where did this come from? Jason Garrett put together a great gameplan.

Cowboys are looking really good. VanderEsch looks amazballs.

As in I take back ANYTHING less than glowing I ever said or thought about this kid. All of those on here that were banging the table for him were clearly correct.

Cowboys receiving a lot of help from the officials. Jerry boy got those refs paid up

Damn, a game in 2018 featuring Drew Brees ends in a 13-10 score.

    Around the NFL Week 13

Cowboys came to play. Just shows the “unbeatables” are beatable. Officials were bad in both directions. Gregory wasn’t offsides on that fumble that Dallas recovered and should’ve been a flag on the hit on Kamara.

Dallas played tough. Great game plan...same type of game plan to beat Tom Brady...pressure up the middle and in Brees face. Cowboys defense is pretty decent. Huge win for them on the way to trying to get that NFC East title.

It would have cost too much to trade up for LVE. Then again, since ILB is a weak spot (and possibly the final piece to a championship), it might have been worth it.

    QUESTION:
You can indeed trade up. Derwin James or LVE???

This is why I'm never sold on those "Super Offense" type of teams. They get all the hype during the season but when it's playoff time, they rarely go all the way.

You would think the Crygirls won the Super Bowl. Now all these bandwagon Girls fans are coming out of the woodwork.

So much for the league's assumption that in order to get high NFL ratings it is essential that all possible actions be taken in order for teams to score at least 30 points

Cowboys-Saints game draws record TV rating for ‘Thursday Night Football’

The previous high-water mark for “Thursday Night Football” in terms of overall viewership came in December 2016, when a Cowboys-Vikings game averaged 21.8 million viewers on NBC.

But there is an upcoming problem

The rebound could be short-lived: The Week 14 Thursday night game features the lowly Jaguars and unexciting Titans.

Amazing that a team that has accomplished virtually nothing for over 20 years remains such a huge ratings magnet

As Cowboys and Bears keep winning, Raiders’ draft picks get worse

When the Raiders got the Bears’ first-round draft pick in the Khalil Mack trade before the season, the Vegas odds had the Bears pegged as a 6-10 team. When the Raiders got the Cowboys’ first-round draft pick in the Amari Cooper trade in October, Dallas had a losing record and was a game and a half out of first place in the NFC East.

The Cowboys and Bears are now clear favorites to win their divisions, which would put both of their first-round draft picks outside the Top 20.

Derwin James. No hesitation. You can scheme around a LB to some extent, you can't scheme an all world safety out of the game.

We got a game that ended with a score of 6-0 in 2018. Jags beat the Colts by that score. Bad bad loss for Indy

Re: Around the NFL Week 13

    Finals
Ratbirds 26 Falcons 16: Thank you useless Falcons for all your non-help
Broncos 24 Bengals 10: Broncos 6-6 and in the thick of the playoff race
Rams 30 Lions 16: Lions kept it close but Rams find a way to win
Cardinals 20 Packers 17: Mike McCarthy welcome to the unemployment line
Texans 29 Browms 13: Texans win 9 straight, the temporary no. 2 seed until the Patriots beat the Vikings
Jags 6 Colts 0: Good to see this kind of score in Goodell's present day arena league. Colts did damage to their playoff hopes
Dolphins 21 Bills 17: Another unimpressive win by the Phins
Bucs 24 Panthers 17: Panthers now 6-6, currently in free fall
Bears and Giants going to OT. Giants had a 10 point lead with less than 3 minutes left

Falcons and Packers most disappointing teams of 2018

Looks like the Packers have quit on McCarthy with a home loss to the awful Cardinals

I do not think the Falcons will fire Dan Quinn two seasons after a Super Bowl appearance but Arthur Blank is not a follower of the Rooney family model of patient ownership

Like clockwork for the Pats. The Steelers are like clockwork also, hoping other teams win or lose to get their playoff position. Doesn't matter if our schedule is hard or easy, its pretty much the same end result.

Sketchy end of game with Ramsey throwing receiver out of bounds and clock running out based on forward progress being stopped

But agreed a bad Colts loss - now Colts have to hope Ravens lose to Chiefs & Chargers

Packers fired McCarthy today and Joe Philbin will be interim head coach.

You have to have done really bad to win a super bowl and be fired before the end of the season

Eagles win 28-13. Colt McCoy suffered an injury. QB Buttfumble played most of the game. Redskins are done
