Seems about right. They need to get better out of the corner opposite Haden than a 92 passer rating IMO. I'm curious what the breakdown is from Sutton playing in slot vs outside, as that kid has the technique and intelligence to be productive.
Another 9 points and Burns is allowing a perfect passer rating.
For Sensabaugh, I do not have too much confidence in him, but the QB rating in the NFL this year is 94 or so, so for now he is above average.
I do not know if he will continue to be respectable, especially in December against Rivers, Brees and Brady but for now he is not bad.
Artie needs to change the S at the end of his name to a T and then cut.
All Defense!
Signing Hilton to a long term deal should be a priority in the off season.
Besides Chris Harris, there isn't a better slot corner in the NFL. He's that damn good.
Haden should be extended also. He should be a pro bowler this year and should get talk as a All-Pro.
1. Graham Barton, C, Duke 2. Ricky Pearsall, WR, Florida 3. Maason Smith, DT, LSU 3. Max Melton, CB, Rutgers 4. Blake Fisher, OT, Notre Dame 6. Tommy Eichenberg, ILB, Ohio State 6. MJ Devonshire, CB, Pittsburgh
It's wonderful to know that any one of us here could allow a passer rating as high as Burns has.
If Sensabaugh is just fine for the rest of the year as this is the case right now(not forget that the passing rating in the NFL this year is around 94), our secondary will not be a problem but I know it's a big if.
An important PSA for Artie Burns (NSFW)
"You've heard people brag about 'being in the zone'. They don't know what the Hell being in the zone is about. I played in the NFL for 15 years and I was only in the zone that one time." - "Mean" Joe Greene on the 1974 playoff victory over Oakland
The only problem with Haden is with his age and injury history, Father Time is walking about one step behind him. I worry that his play could fall off a cliff at any point.
AB works for WR, pretty bad history for CB.
