Video replay very clearly shows BirthDefect raising his elbow and taking a DIRECT AIM at AB's head and making contact. It's clear his intention was to Concuss AB and take him out of the game.

Max Kellerman clearly doesn't know the rule. That so called pick was at the line of scrimage, which is allowed. Furthermore, the defender initiated the initial contact anyway. A pick is only illegal if more than a yard downfield.
