What's the deal with this guy? I know some folks were high on him here, why are the Raiders baiting the hook with him??

its a chuckie thing .... he wants to devoid the team of talent before he is fired and be the ONLY man in the history of the NFL to screw up the same team TWICE in 2 different decades
Kenny Pickett is who I though he was .. Eagles problem now

I'm not sure I'd call the first run a screw up. I mean, they ended up in the SB the year after he left. he came to a team that was 4-12 the year before and led them to play .500 ball his first two seasons. Then, he finished off with two trips to the playoffs. They lost the AFCCG when Gannon was hurt by the Raven's Siragusa the first year and the second, they lost in the infamous tuck rule game. The year after Gruden left, the went to the SB and lost . . . to Gruden. Again, I'm not sure how that counts as screwing up a team. It seems to me he was pretty successful the first time.

Believe he's hurt at the moment. Also has not played well.

was meaning he had a direct connection to the decline of the team ... sure he was traded to tampa but it caused a huge issue ( including a complete drubbing in the SB by the team he was traded to )

My favorite thing about Chuckie, recently, is that he said, during a presser, they need to pressure the QB more. All you need to think after that is: Khalil Mack.

Gruden must think anybody can rush the passer if he motivates them to do it.

The true talent is the coach. Don't ever forget he's the man behind the curtain!

I always thought he was overrated and I never understood his Gruden QB camp. He’s far from a QB Guru and as a matter of fact NEVER coached QBs.

He ruined Randall Cunningham in Philadelphia as an OC and opted for Ty Detmer over Cunningham...lol.
