Conner is doing excellent and playing extremely well, but to say the team doesn't "need" Bell is retarded and detrimental to the team.

What the Steelers "need" is a good quality RB to complement Conner. That RB doesn't necessarily "need" to be Bell, and at this point I'd prefer that it not be him. He's an excellent RB; the best in the league IMO... but that's still not good enough to justify his bad attitude and outrageous price tag.
