According to Tomlin, Roethlisberger has a minor elbow injury that could limit him early in the week.
hopefully it ain't tendonitis, that is a mf. I had a bad case of it 12 years ago and it still affects me today sometimes
Video of play in OT in which Ben's elbow was injured
Ben asked today if he will miss any time and says he hopes not - would not comment on whether he received a MRI
Tomlin breaking the injury news on the elbow rather than Ben doing it during his Tuesday morning radio ramblings along with Ben saying no comment on the MRI question is IMO an encouraging sign that Ben & Tomlin are trying to get on the same page with media disclosures this season - will see how that holds up

Just one of those "bumps and bruises" associated with NFL football.
Already getting his 'excuse' set up for explaining the reason for his type of play Sunday against KC.
LOL.... I agree 100% with you my friend. This week ( since Brown's game) has been a bitch. I just can't get the game out of my head, and now KC coming in town....ugh, and Ben's elbow situation now, along with the Bell hype.....not easy being a Steeler fan right now. Not looking any better for next week either, especially if the bungholes beat the rats Thurs.night.......OMG... I'll have all those damn bungholes fan's 'who deying' all day long-everyday !
Non throwing arm, should be fine.
Smoke and mirrors for KC
This is his throwing arm....see post 5 in this thread....
So what he's got a small drinking problem? He's a throw back to old school QBs.
His elbow had nothing to do with forcing the ball to AB in triple coverage for his first pick which continued throughout the game.
All Defense!
Steelers playing it close to the vest like the Packers are with Rodgers knee (which makes me think this may be a real injury rather than the standard between games drama)
Aaron Rodgers, Ben Roethlisberger do the injury dance with reporters
Ben Roethlisberger is in his 15th NFL season and Aaron Rodgers is in his 14th, so they know the deal when it comes to injuries, especially the less-serious maladies that don’t require a trip to injured reserve. Specifics are reserved for closed-door meetings with coaches and doctors. Reporters, and by proxy the fans, are left to grapple with a kind of verbal jujitsu that reveals next to nothing.
This has been on full display this week as Roethlisberger and Rodgers, along with their coaches, deftly fended off any and all requests for comment on how, exactly, they were feeling after suffering injuries three days earlier.

Good...he seems to play better when hurt.
