Guess (Verb infinitive used as an anarthrous, nominative noun) here (dative noun, probably should have the word "from" before it) is (verb) Leftwich (Accusative noun) starts (present progressive).
Thus, Guess here is the subject and is leftwich starts is the predicate.
However, it is horrid English. "The guess here, is Leftwich starts next week" is the full sentence.
Maybe they should start teaching English and Journalism at Journalism schools, instead of how to change the world.
