I am continuing with my quick preview, this time with the NFC, the fun conference.

NFC: In opposition to the AFC, the NFC looks STACKED this year, really stacked. Plenty of teams look like they can win the Super Bowl. Heck while maybe 3 AFC teams look like they could make the playoffs if they were traded to the NFC, as many as 13 teams look they could make the playoffs if traded to the AFC. The conference imbalance is staggering.

Cowboys: This team could bounce back and make the playoffs even with question marks at WR/TE. They have had prior success with a top notch O-line and ground game and Dak Prescott could bounce back. They could return to the playoffs.

Giants: People look at them drafting Saquon Barkley and returning OBJ and think they can bounce back, problem is Eli is past his prime (even if the FO doesn't want to admit it), the O-line is suspect, and a defense that regressed last year lost JPP. I know Barkley may have been the best player, but this team may have been better off drafting Nelson, Chubb, or a top QB at no. 2.

Eagles: The Eagles are scary good right now especially returning their MVP candiate QB. They have talent all over and could repeat. Their biggest issues though is the LB corp, losing thier OC and QB coach, and an ultra competitive conference.

Redskins: They finished 7-9 then downgraded from Kirk Cousins to Alex Smith. The last time Alex Smith didn't have a solid regular season coach and a great supporting cast, he was widely being viewed as a draft bust. Who is the RB? Who is the WR? The Redskins look like one of the worst teams in the NFC

Bears: You know there is actually something here. Jordan Howard is an underrated RB, Allen Robinson comes to Chicago, and Roquan Smith could be a defensive tone-setter. If they were in the AFC, I could see the Bears easily make the playoffs as long as Matt Nagy performs up to expectations and improves the offense. In the NFC however, it's going to be tough. 8-8 may be their best case scenario

Lions: This team is mediocre. In the AFC it would be enough to get you into the playoffs, but not in the NFC. Another year of Matt Stafford putting up large stats will be wasted. They also hired a Bellichick coordinator, never hire a Bellichick coordinator.

Packers: Dom Capers got fired and they added Mohamad Wilkerson. This team has potential to win Super Bowl 53, just as long as Rodgers stays healthy

Vikings: There is great reason to believe the Vikings will have a great regular season. Last year's team remains mostly intact and they upgraded at QB. Unfortunately it is the Vikings so they are likely to piss away another great regular season.

Falcons: They kept Steve Sarkisian for some reason after the offense regressed significantly and there is drama surrounding Julio Jones. Even if the defense continues to improve, they'll still be lucky to win 10 games

Panthers: Ron Rivera has never fared well in even numbered years (never once posting a winning season), however if Cam Newton can return to pro bowl form (he has trained with AB so maybe), the defensive front 7 is one of the best and they have been busy improving the skill position players, they could be competing for 1st round bye

Saints: A legit Super Bowl contender. Brees is still going strong, they have a dynamic ground game and the defense now looks strong. Unless the defense or Brees regress significantly, this has to be one of the favorites to win Super Bowl 53

Bucs: In such a strong conference, they stand out as the NFC's worst. Dirk Koetter is a bad head coach and should have been fired, Jameis Winston is a locker room problem and hasn't shown enough on the field, and they barely did anything to improve that weak excuse of a pass defense. And their schedule is tough this year. This could get ugly

Cardinals: People think they are starting over, but with Davis Johnson back and with Larry Fitzgerald, Chandler Jones, and Patrick Peterson still in the picture, they may be better than some people think. Unless the QB situation resolves itself though, they are likely missing the postseason again

Rams: One of two things are happening, either acquiring numerous strong personalities comes back to bite them and their young head coach and they flame out and miss the playoffs at 8-8 or 9-7. Or the all the egos come together with the help of Wade Phillips and they are legit Super Bowl contenders.

49ers: Jimmy G has breathed new life into this organization. If Jimmy G doesn't turn into a pumpkin or get injured, this team could compete for a bye, especially if Sherman recovers from his Achilles injury

Seahawks: The Seahawks are the least talented team in the NFC West, and their bandwagon has emptied. Most of their best defensive players from 2013 are gone, and Earl Thomas may be traded before the start of the season. Also the o-line STILL hasn't been fixed. This team has been reduced to Russell Wilson trying to pull Houdini magic just to complete a simple pass to Doug Baldwin

NFC: Overall, this is the much more exciting, and there is probably a 95% chance the Super Bowl winner is coming out of this conference. With many teams as viable options to win the Super Bowl, this should be pretty exciting this year
