Tom Bradleys remade Steelers secondary features new terminology and plenty of film

He relates very well to players. He has a way with people, and he's a teacher of the game. He doesn't care how it looks to the outside world. All he cares about is being able to get his point across while instructing technique and communication, and getting players to learn so they can react faster and hopefully get more instinctive in the way they play.

That's his MO and he's been doing it successfully for years.
