I'd be shocked if the Steelers move up.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are typically a fairly conservative organization when it comes to roster building. They like to accumulate draft picks and sign their own players to extensions rather than make big swings for star prospects or chase expensive free agents. But with Ben Roethlisberger's career drawing to a close and a number of contracts set to expire next season, the Steelers have adjusted their strategy since last offseason to allow for more aggressiveness. They signed Joe Haden in the preseason last year and added Morgan Burnett in free agency this offseason. They traded for veterans Vance McDonald and J.J. Wilcox, and may explore similar moves if they present themselves this offseason.
