Actually, no. James's momentum was taking him to the ground while he was making the catch. He most definitely was not a runner. Ertz's momentum was forward and he would have stayed up had he not been tackled, so he was a runner who only had to break the plane. Big difference.

Yep, though they probably would have one if they had a legitimate defensive coordinator and assistant defensive coaches who knew how to coach up talent
Since Foles has a weird ass contract that basically guarantees he'll be traded (contract automatically voided if he's on the Eagles roster at start of 2019 league year, but not another team's), it seems as if they'll keep him as insurance next year and trade him in the offseason. They'll get a king's ransom for him, too.
I don't see him going anywhere this offseason; they may very well need him for part or all of next year depending on how the Wentz injury plays out.
Basically they are in the best possible position with QBs though.
